Within Certifi's User Management system, users may be flagged with different states. This article will help you understand these different user states and flags.
There are four states which indicate where a user is in the onboarding process:
- Invitation Sent
- An invitation has been sent to the user via email, but they have not yet responded.

- Awaiting Approval
- The user has accepted their invitation and filled out their information to create an account. A Supervisor must now approve or reject their profile.

- Rejected
- If the user's profile has errors, a Supervisor can change their state to Rejected. Users flagged as Rejected can log in and see their Edit Account Details page only.

- Approved
- The user has full access to Certifi.
